Zita Krastina is a EU Project manager and an experienced trainer of young and adult learners. She has more than 15 years of experience in Erasmus+, Youth in Action, Comenius and other Lifelong Learning programs where she works in the development and management of projects. For five years she worked also in the Latvian National Agency of EU Youth programs dealing with project evaluation, coordination of the national pool of trainers, promotion of EuroMed collaboration, participation in developing annual European training strategies, and many other tasks. She is a promoter of self-directed learning and active, participative learning methods favoring learning by doing & learning from others. She has a large experience in training & facilitating learning on numerous topics like EU project development, intercultural and social competences, Non-violent Conflict management, etc.
